Action of Ingredients in Hapro Protoliv Syrup

Carduus marianus: This remedy establishes a healthy flow of bile, the action of this drug is centered in the liver, and portal system, causing soreness, pain, jaundice.

Chelidonium Majus: Jaundice. Bilious complaints during gestation. Constant pain under the inner, inferior angle of right scapula. Entire skin greyish yellowish with hepatic complaints. Tongue – Thick, yellow coated, indented, with red edges. Stools clay coloured, yellow, hard, round, like a ball, like sheep’s dung, with itching of the anus.

Andrographis paniculata: Antiviral, antipyretic, adaptogenic, anti-inflammatory, Improves immunity, Liver protecting. It exhibits hepatoprotective and hepatostimulative property.

Hydrastis Canadensis: Liver area tender and dragging pains.

Taraxacum officinale: Jaundice with enlargement and induration of liver. Sharp stitches in left side indicates Taraxacum.

Podophyllum: Liver region painful, Torpidity of the liver; portal engorgement with a tendency to hemorrhoids, hypo-gastric pain, fullness of superficial veins, jaundice.

Ipecacuanha:  The principal feature of Ipecacuanha is its persistent nausea and vomiting.

Dosage of Hapro Protoliv Syrup

child : 1 teaspoonful

adult:2 teaspoonful

Taken 3-4 times a day after meals or as directed by the physician.
